Turin is the world’s capital of tennis during week 12/19th November 2023 due to Nitto ATP Finals.

This event is very successful and has a great impact on the territory’s economy and turism; it also reminds about the times when Italian brands were protagonist on worldwide tennis fields.

Maggia was among such brands; during ‘70s and ‘80s the garments produced in Occhieppo Superiore were worn by champions like Newcombe, Gerulaitis and Billied Jean King.

RAI troupe come to Occhieppo Superiore to remember those years with Mr. Umberto Maggia and to talk about nowadays business with his sons Giovanna and Ludovico.
